Once you are welcomed in the oil mill, surrounded by the ancient traditions of the olive harvesting and crushing, discover how the precious olive oil is produced. After taking a stroll among centuries-old olive trees, discover the secrets of the ancient oil-making art and the traditional olive crushing techniques with historical machines. This ancient tools are still visible inside the oil mill.
After the visit, taste two different types of extra virgin olive oils and a selection of home-made wines, immersed in a whirlwind of scents and sensations.
